UNITS Need to differentiate for ELLs

Free Educurios Unit: Mining Personal Histories, not ELL specific, but the topic is very pertinent to them. Unit developed to help teaches develop units tied to Common Core standards, with Project-based learning and application of 21st century skills. Khan AcademyLibrary of FREE videos that covers K-12 math, science topics in biology, chemistry, physics,finance and history. The site includes practice activities with access to hints and a record of student progress.

This resource was recommended by Fareed Zakahri on a CNN special on education. 60 Minutes also did a special on this. ELLs can listen to the instruction multiple times and pause as needed. Khan Academy in Spanish See 25 languages. This site is seeking to translate all of the resources in multiple languages. This provides powerful native language support to many ELLs.
